Identify, expand, and develop potential clients in the Outsourcing and IT Solutions sectors.
Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients.
Provide consultation, prepare quotations, negotiate, and finalize contracts with clients.
Monitor project progress to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with the technical, marketing, and operations teams to achieve sales targets.
At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in Outsourcing, IT.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and professional communication skills.
Japanese proficiency (JLPT N3 or above) or good English communication skills is an advantage.
Proactive, growth-oriented, resilient under pressure, and passionate about sales.
Salary: Up to 15,000,000 VND/month (excluding sales incentives).
