Utilize IT tools to support hotel and ryokan management.
Operate management systems: create/edit rooms and plans, upload images, update information.
Perform routine tasks such as contract renewal and sending newsletters.
Compile and report data as instructed by the manager.
Translate and edit information into professional Japanese.
For fresh graduates / returnees / interns:
Japanese reading comprehension at N3 level or higher.
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
For experienced candidates:
Experience in BPO, tourism, or hospitality industries preferred.
Work experience in Vietnam or Japan is an advantage.
Japanese proficiency equivalent to N2 or higher, with strong communication skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Salary: 7,000,000 – 11,000,000 VND/month (based on skills & experience)
