IT Project Manager

Manage project progress, quality, and cost throughout all phases.

Coordinate between clients and development teams to achieve QCD targets.

Create project plans, manage risks, and control budgets.

Lead communication and issue resolution with clients.

Provide regular reports and ensure deliverable quality and acceptance.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, or related field.

At least 3 years of experience in IT/Web project management, leading teams of 5+ members.

Japanese proficiency JLPT N2+ (N1 preferred) or English equivalent to TOEIC 700+.

Strong skills in progress, cost, and risk management.

Experience with Backlog, Jira; PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stress management skills.

Experience studying or working in Japan is a plus.
