Hotel Promotion Support Staff

Supporting Japanese hotels in promoting their brand on Google Maps through the following tasks:

• Create posts and upload photos to attract guests to stay

• Suggest effective keywords to improve hotel visibility and ranking

• Collect, compile, and report data on a monthly basis using the provided format

• Write and reply to guest messages and emails under manager guidance

• Coordinate with related departments to ensure effective branding and communication

• Japanese proficiency: JLPT N3 or higher (N2 preferred)

• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Responsible, careful, and proactive attitude

• Experience in hospitality, travel, or BPO fields is a plus

• Fresh graduates, interns, and returnee students are welcome

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Working hours: 8:30 – 17:30 (Monday to Friday, weekends off)

• Salary: 7,000,000 – 11,000,000 VND/month (depending on skills and experience)
