Professor Ho Tu Bao’s book AI and Humans presents the fundamentals of artificial intelligence in a simple and accessible way.

Published by the Information and Communications Publishing House, the book aims to help readers better understand AI and its impact on daily life. It explains key AI concepts through clear language, practical examples, and illustrations, making the subject easier for beginners.

The book consists of eight chapters covering the development of science and technology, the basics of AI, its benefits and risks, and the relationship between AI, society, and human life. Many of the illustrations were created using AI based on prompts written by the author.

Drawing on more than 40 years of experience in AI research and education, including 25 years as a professor at the Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST), Professor Ho Tu Bao offers a scientific yet practical perspective that is relevant to Vietnam.
