Bridge System Engineer (BrSE)

Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and the Vietnam development team, ensuring smooth communication, progress, and quality control.

• Gather, analyze, and clarify project requirements in Japanese.

• Translate and communicate business and design requirements to the development team.

• Manage backlog, issues, change requests, and progress reports.

• Participate in code and test case reviews to ensure product quality.

• Train and support the team on Japanese business communication and culture.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, or related fields.

• At least 2 years of experience as a BrSE or similar position.

• Japanese proficiency JLPT N2 or above (N1 preferred).

• Strong documentation skills (basic design, use case, test scenario).

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Backlog.

• Prefer candidates with Japan working experience or offshore development background.
