Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and the Vietnam development team, ensuring smooth communication, progress, and quality control.
Gather, analyze, and clarify project requirements in Japanese.
Translate and communicate business and design requirements to the development team.
Manage backlog, issues, change requests, and progress reports.
Participate in code and test case reviews to ensure product quality.
Train and support the team on Japanese business communication and culture.
At least 2 years of experience as a BrSE or similar position.
Japanese proficiency JLPT N2 or above (N1 preferred).
Strong documentation skills (basic design, use case, test scenario).
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Backlog.
Prefer candidates with Japan working experience or offshore development background.
Project and performance bonuses, 13th-month salary.
